    Sundance Outdoor Adventure Society

    Established in 1980, Sundance Outdoor Adventure Society is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization based in the New York metropolitan area, devoted to non-competitive outdoor activities for the LGBT community.

    Team New York Aquatics

    TNYA was founded in 1990 in preparation for Gay Games III in Vancouver. We welcome swimmers of every ability, sexual orientation, race, creed, status, and age (although you must be over 19, in keeping with US Masters regulations).

    Gotham Cheer

    Gotham Cheer is a volunteer group of adult cheerleaders. No cheer experience is necessary. However, we are looking for athletic people who want to make new friends and are passionate about bringing awareness to the LGBTQ community.

    Fast N Fab

    Fast N Fab, New York’s LGBT bike club, holds weekly rides along with various social events, including a monthly dinner hosted by members at their favorite restaurants.

    NYC Gay Hockey League

    Celebrating more than 10 years on the ice, the New York City Gay Hockey Association provides an environment free of harassment and discrimination for members and friends of the LGBT community to fulfill their athletic aspirations.

    M.N.M Bowling

    Monday Night Madness (MNM) is a social, semi-competitive, mixed bowling league open to all bowlers, regardless of sex, race, religion or sexual preference. Our league currently bowls at 300 New York / AMF Chelsea Piers bowling lanes located at 23 Street and West Side Highway at Pier 60.

    NYC Gay Basketball

    Pride Basketball League NYC (PBLNYC) is New York’s first official gay basketball league. We maintain an athletic environment free of discrimination for members and friends of the LGBTQIA+ community.

    OutCycling

    OutCycling is an LGBT bike club set up to promote safe recreational cycling in NYC and the metro area. We host safe, fun and accesible day trips for all. We also have Back-to-Biking classes designed to get those who have not ridden in years back on a bike and comfortable with cycling safely in NYC.

    The Village Dive Club 

    The Village Dive Club is an GLBT friendly dive club for anyone with a passion of scuba-diving. From experienced divers, to new divers, to those considering diving- The Village Dive Club is open to all.

  • Dodgebal

    Big Apple Dodgeball

    BIG APPLE DODGEBALL is New York City’s non-profit, community-minded co-ed dodgeball league for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and LGBTQI-friendly New Yorkers who want to play the competitive sport of Dodgeball in an athletic environment free of harassment, discrimination and drama. Well, minimal dramatics.

    NY Gay Flag Football League

    The New York Gay Flag Football League consists of 18 teams and over 200 members. The league has Spring and Fall seasons. League registration begins approximately 6 weeks before the start of each season. Players are assigned to teams based on a player draft.

    Front Runners

    Front Runners New York (FRNY) is the city’s premier running club for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and straight allies. For more than 30 years, the club has supported a network individuals that range from recreational walkers and joggers to competitive track athletes, road racers and marathoners.

  • Pool

    NY Gay Pool League

    The NYGPL, (The New York Gay Pool League), has been in our bars for 27 years. We play one night a week, alternating weeks between each team’s home bar. Our next 8-ball season starts in September and goes into the spring. We also have a brief 9-ball season from May-June.

    Out of Bounds NYC is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization which supports and promotes sports and recreational organizations with interests in the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community of the greater New York City area.

    The Pink Pong Foundation is a volunteer table tennis organization for all ages and skill level players. Join us in our competitive, fun and safe environment and strive for personal excellence!

    Crox

    Join us for rock climbing in a fun, social environment in NYC and Westchester! We love climbing and we want to introduce more people to this incredible sport. In addition to creating an environment where all of our members feel welcome, this is the place to have a great time getting in shape and meeting new people.

    The Gotham boot camp is a great opportunity to introduce new players to Gotham Knights RFC and the great sport that is rugby. All athletic levels are welcome. We have a competitive “A” side and a social “B” side. No matter what your ability or prior experience, we have a spot for you.

    Ski Bums

    SKI BUMS is the world’s largest club for gay and lesbian skiers and snowboarders. Founded in New York City in 2003, SKI BUMS hosts social events and group trips to the world’s best ski resorts throughout North America, South America and Europe.

    NY Ramblers

    The NY Ramblers is the very first organized openly gay soccer club, formed in 1980. The Ramblers provided a space for gay men, who enjoyed the sport, to meet and socialize outside of the traditional settings of bars and clubs.

  • Softball

    Big Apple Softball

    The Big Apple Softball League is open to all persons regardless of age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or playing ability. A member of the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA), the league includes both competitive and recreational teams. Players of all skill levels are welcome.

    Team New York is a division of Out of Bounds NYC the resource network in the greater New York City area for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender athletes and artists, sports and cultural organizations and their supporters who seek active participation in the Gay Games and/or OutGames.

    Metropolitan Tennis Group (MTG) found its origins in the mid-1980s in New York City amidst a growing popularity of gay tennis. More than 20 years after its inception, MTG continues to expand in membership, events, and community outreach.

    Gotham Volleyball, first established in 1981 is one of New York’s original and largest LGBTQ sports leagues! Our mission is to improve the quality of life for LGBTQ individuals by building community through the sport of volleyball. Basically, we are a volleyball league with a social and community focus, and a warm, friendly, open environment.

    Metro Wrestling

    Metro Wrestling is New York City’s accessible, gay-friendly freestyle wrestling club for adults. METRO athletes compete locally and internationally at Gay Games, World Outgames, EuroGames, Northeast Beach Wrestling Championships, International Tournament of Paris, and other affiliated clubs.

    Be A Goat

    Get Out And Trek (GOAT) creates active trips and events for LGBT adventurists and friends that ease access to the outdoors and challenge the inner athlete while having fun and building friendships. Join us on a trip, get out, break free, be a GOAT.

    Cheer New York is an all-volunteer adult cheerleading squad by and for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Straight (LGBTS) communities.

    OUT-FIT 

    OUT-FIT is a LGBTQ CrossFit group. We host regular workouts in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens as well as offer pride inspired workout gear. Our mission is to encourage athletes to achieve extraordinary physical goals while maintaining mental health and promoting social equality.
